Live Stream Yoga Course Yes! You heard it, sign up to join online, live streaming yoga courses. Classes as of right now, are Tuesday mornings at 9:00am. They are 60-minute sessions. The sessions are through the app Zoom. If you are interested, send me a text at 520-891-2412, or an email at katieleetodd@gmail.com and I will add you to the roster. I will contact you prior to class to make sure the technology works and we are relatively glitch free, so that we and everyone can enjoy an hour long mini-vacation. Have your mats, yoga blocks, yoga straps, water bottles, and towels for sweat ready to go at 9:00am. Classes are $10 per session. The yoga class is welcoming of all skill levels. It is a haha vinyasa flow, which means there will be some movement flow of getting up and down from standing, down on to the mat, and then some seated longer stretching. I will offer level 1, level 2, and level 3 variations of the postures and modifications for those with limited mobility or injury. I will also add advanced variations for those of you that want a little more of a challenge;). Even though the class is online and in the comfort of your own home, I want to promote an open and accepting atmosphere that encourages you all to ask questions, laugh/giggle, take things more introspectively, and ultimately open you up to discover deeper realms of possibly in your life, body, and overall well-being.
